What You’ll Do:
🔹 Hunt & Close: Identify and win new Clients.
🔹 Develop Client Relationships: Build long-term partnerships with hiring managers.
🔹 Sell High-Impact Staffing Solutions: Provide contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire IT staffing solutions tailored to client needs.
🔹 Drive Revenue Growth: Own a $3M-$10M+ book of business and earn residuals from long-term accounts.
🔹 Expand Your Market: Help launch and lead PTP’s expansion in your region.
Who We’re Looking For:
🔸 Proven IT Staffing Professionals – Minimum 7+ years of experience in staffing sales.
🔸 Industry Network – Strong relationships with CIOs, VP and IT Hiring Managers.
🔸 Results-Driven Closers – A history of hitting or exceeding $3M+ annual sales goals.
🔸 Growth-Minded Entrepreneurs – Looking for ownership opportunities, not just a paycheck.

Compensation & Benefits:
💰 Base Salary ($120,000- $150,000) + Uncapped Commissions + Profit-Sharing
