Job Description
The primary purpose of this position is to execute Customer Business Integrations for customers agreeing to work with Client standard integrations. Enabling Data Access to customers and 3rd Party Software Companies to meet specific business needs via File transfers and other related IT Function solutions available to existing customers. This role will review requirements, identify any potential gaps and/or missing requirements, and update project status daily. Standard Integrations and Semi-Custom Integrations Support ongoing integrations and troubleshoot issues for quick resolution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review project assigned for potential gaps and/or missing requirements necessary to fulfill the business request.
Manages their Dashboard daily and update accordingly.
Deactivating integrations in all systems when needed.
Notify appropriate teams internally as needed based on specific project needs.
Documents project extracts, company, and contact records.
Maintain and protect customer relationships with excellent customer service.
Document completed projects in an application and distribute the material to customers, internal departments, sales training, and update applications/systems required.
Provide implementation support.
Development and user test customer business integration credentials, formats, data flow for production, and successful delivery to the end user.
Deliver completed customer integrations meeting all procedures & process flows.
Thorough testing and documentation and notifications to those who need it.
Obtain Signatures on Legal Documents, Distribution of Documents, and Storing in a designated repository.
Obtain Customer's approval/sign-off.
Customer Transfers, Communication and Attend all meetings for transfers and emergency transfers.
New Customer Rollouts as the IT Resource for National Chains Corporate and Franchise.
Train New Analysts on Standard Integrations and Support Tickets Troubleshooting/resolution.
Document New Procedures and Processes for Standard Integrations
Create Jira Stories for Development Support
Additional tasks and assignments as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Training: B.S. / B.A or equivalent work experience is required.
Related Experience:
5+ years’ experience as an IT Business Integration Analyst or IT Business Analyst Role.
Prior experience in gathering detailed business requirements, interpreting Customer business needs, and translating needs into operational business requirements.
Prior experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.
Prior experience in eCommerce/eBusiness environment (Such as EDI, B2B eCommerce, Supply Chain, and other electronic integrations) Preferred.
Experience in the Food Industry/Distribution is a Plus.

Strong Knowledge of Data warehouse, IBM, Sterling Integrator, EDI Translation Tools, CoreFtp/FileZilla.
Strong Knowledge of Communication Methods AS2, SFTP, FTP, and Van
Comfort with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability
High volume, heavy workload.
